There will be a minimum postage cost of £2.95 for smaller items & they will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Larger items will be sent Royal Mail or 48 Hour Courier at a minimum cost of £8.95. ( Weight dependant )

Should you wish to return your order & request an exchange or refund this should be done within 7 days of receiving the item/s, The unused goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will exchange as soon as possible for you. We reserve the right to exchange or replace items in part or as a whole, this applies "for example to Clocks where the mechanism or battery is faulty".
If you have just changed your mind & no longer want the goods, a full refund will be given only for the cost of the item, postage will be deducted. If we have sent the goods incorrectly, we will exchange your item & refund your postage or refund in full. We cannot refund or exchange until the goods are returned to us, signed for & inspected.
