The Shaman often carries a medicine bag that has items in it for healing.
Each medicine bag is personal to its owner and you might like to put things you have found  or that have a special meaning to you.
Here is an example of what would be inside a Medicine Bag
 
The contents of this bag includes:
A small piece of cloth which symbolises Healing.
A small selection of seeds which would represent Life, Fertility & Growth.
A Gem stone for Strength.
A Birds Feather is the symbol of Free Spirit.
A small twig used to drive away Evil spirits
 
Made from Deer skin with antler tube & bead decoration.
Approx size 6cm x 5cm with 60cm long thong.
