Smudge sticks are made of sage and other aromatic herbs and are traditionally used in ceremonies and included in medicine pouches and bundles. 

Sage is used to drive out bad spirits, negative feelings or influences. 
 
One stick per packet, approx size 15cm x 4cm, lasts for hours.
